Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and strong administrative skills to manage front desk operations efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle clerical tasks, maintain office organization, and provide exceptional customer service. Must have veterinary hospital experience. Duties Greet visitors and clients in a warm and welcoming manner. Answer incoming calls, setting appointment and helping clients. Checking in patients for appointments as well as checking out after appointments Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. manage and set appontments Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling administrative tasks. Support team members with various duties as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments is preferred. Veterinary Animal care experience and ability to handle emergency calls Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for animals and able to provide excellent customer service in an office environment, and if you have at least 1 year in a veterinary office, we want to talk with you.
