• What You Will Do in

This Role:

• + •The Unit Secretary is responsible and accountable for the daily clerical operations of the nursing unit, performs receptionist duties and maintains supplies/equipment for the unit.
• + •The Unit Secretary participates in a positive patient experience including supporting RNs in the delivery of patient care items and providing meal companionship to patients.

• What Qualifications You Will Need:

• + •High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• + •American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• + •Excellent interpersonal skills and computer skills are required.
• + •Public contact and clerical experience preferred.
• + •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions preferred.
• + •Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• + •Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone preferred.
