DENTAL RECEPTIONIST- Bilingual (English & Spanish) We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish , who is familiar with
EAGLE SOFT
with excellent communication skills, a calm and composed demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel welcome and cared for.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish Collect and process payments, verify insurance, and manage patient records Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area Assist with general office support as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Previous dental or medical office experience preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, well-natured, calm, and composed personality Computer skills and experience with dental/medical software a plus
