Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. , SPANISH
SPEAKING REQUIRED.
You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in medical office management systems, familiar with medical terminology, and committed to delivering outstanding patient service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality healthcare delivery in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) processes including medical collection activities Schedule patient appointments accurately using medical scheduling software and coordinate follow-up care plans Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Maintain organized medical records, ensure documentation review for accuracy, and update patient files in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with intake procedures, including collecting patient information and updating health histories Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies and other office management tools Requirements Proven experience in a medical office or clinic environment with strong clerical and administrative support skills Spanish Speaking Insurance verification Ability to verify insurance benefits accurately and perform insurance-related documentation review Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly in accordance with HIPAA standards Strong computer skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, documentation review, and office management tasks Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in healthcare. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
