We are searching for an experienced dental front desk person with at least one year of experience in dental. Job Description Greet patients pleasantly on arrival, log them in computer. Charge out, request and post patients payments. Schedule appointments for patients

• Respond to telephone calls with a pleasant tone. When necessary, be able to complete several tasks at once, i.e. put patient on hold in order to log another patient in. Communicate with doctors on a daily basis about scheduling issues/changes

• Respond to doctors' questions and requests in a timely and professional manner Respond to patients' basic insurance questions. Charge out patients, collect payments, and post complete other assigned tasks, including end of day responsibilities . Maintain neat work environment and reception area.
