This is a great opportunity for a polished medical front desk professional who enjoys providing excellent patient service while keeping day-to-day clinic operations organized and running smoothly. The clinic is conveniently located just minutes from the Needham Heights Commuter Rail Station. Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional front-desk experience Manage patient check-in and check-out Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and communicate patient financial responsibilities Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and insurance approvals Assist with billing, payments, and co-pay collections Maintain efficient provider schedules and support overall clinic workflow Handle general administrative tasks and help ensure the front office operates smoothly Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting Experience with scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and/or authorizations Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment Leadership or lead front-desk experience is a plus Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach Why Consider This Opportunity?
