Experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator Endo Center | Stoughton, MA Join a Team That Moves With Purpose Endo Center is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and knows how to keep a busy dental office moving. Our patients often come to us in pain and need prompt, compassionate care. The front desk plays a critical role in helping each patient feel supported, informed, and confident from the first phone call through the completion of treatment. This is not a slow-paced reception position. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, energetic, and ready to take ownership of the patient and scheduling experience. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls with warmth, urgency, and professionalism Schedule new patients, emergency appointments, evaluations, and treatment Follow up promptly on referrals, cancellations, and unscheduled treatment Coordinate patient registration, insurance information, and required records Review treatment estimates and collect patient payments Communicate with referring dental offices to obtain referrals and X-rays Maintain an organized schedule and actively work to fill openings Keep the front desk, email inboxes, and patient communications current Provide clear handoffs between the clinical and administrative teams Help create an efficient, welcoming, and exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Previous dental front desk or dental administrative experience required Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance, and patient accounts Confident and professional phone communication Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a busy environment Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments Proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and take action Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Positive energy and a team-first attitude Endodontic or specialty dental experience is a plus You'll Be Successful Here If You Enjoy being busy and productive Stay calm when the schedule changes Treat every missed call or open appointment as an opportunity Follow through without needing repeated reminders Communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly Take pride in helping patients receive the care they need Why Join Endo Center?
