Therefore, we are looking for a friendly and reliable teammate who is focused on providing outstanding customer service to our patient community. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling Verify insurance coverage and benefits. Collect patient information accurately through intake procedures and update electronic medical records accordingly. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear and courteous communication while addressing patient inquiries. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while scheduling appointments or addressing patient concerns.
