We are currently hiring for a Unit Secretary/Medical Records position in our Health Center.
Available Schedules:
Full-Time - Day Shift- 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- 40 hours/week
- Every other weekend
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the communication hub at the nurse's station
- Answer phones, call systems, and assist residents and visitors
- Direct calls and requests to nursing staff
- Monitor emergency systems and respond appropriately
- Maintain logs, records, and basic documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks in the

Qualifications Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Previous healthcare or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
- Basic computer skills
