Optimal Dental is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims
  • Manage patient accounts, billing, and collections
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of dental front desk experience Proficiency in Open Dental software (preferred) Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
