Front Desk Receptionist - Dental Office Our dental office is looking for a reliable, responsible, and committed Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and is willing to learn. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work responsibly as part of a team. Dental office experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Greet patients in a warm and professional manner Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Maintain accurate patient information Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment Collect payments and assist with basic insurance and billing tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Reliable and dependable Responsible and committed to the job Willingness to learn and improve Friendly and professional personality Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work well with patients and team members Comfortable using computers and learning dental office software Previous experience in a dental office, medical office, customer service, or other service-oriented position is a plus What We Are Looking For The most important qualities we are looking for are reliability, responsibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn .
