Experienced Dental Financial Coordinator / Front Desk Germantown, MD | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends We are an established dental practice in Germantown, MD seeking an experienced Dental Financial Coordinator / Front Desk team member to join our team. We are looking for someone who is professional, well-spoken, organized, dependable, and confident communicating with patients. This is a patient-facing position that requires strong dental insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage financial conversations professionally. Responsibilities Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims Review EOBs, denials, and outstanding claims Explain treatment estimates, insurance benefits, and patient portions Collect payments and follow up on outstanding patient balances Schedule appointments and assist with front desk duties Communicate professionally with patients and insurance companies Maintain accurate patient and financial information in Dentrix What We're Looking For Previous dental front-office experience required Dental insurance/billing experience strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor Strong phone etiquette and customer-service skills Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting balances Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Dentrix experience preferred Reliable and able to work independently as well as with a team Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Weekends If you have strong dental front-office experience and are looking for a stable, full-time position with a supportive dental team, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
