Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Vestibular/Balance

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist with an interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, and fall prevention . You will work with a diverse adult and senior patient population experiencing orthopedic injuries, dizziness, vertigo, balance deficits, neurological conditions, and mobility limitations. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys developing strong one-on-one relationships with patients and wants the opportunity to expand their clinical skills in vestibular and balance rehabilitation . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions. Treat patients with conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, vertigo, dizziness, vestibular dysfunction, gait abnormalities, balance deficits, and fall risk. Provide evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, balance and gait training, vestibular rehabilitation, and patient education. Help patients regain strength, mobility, confidence, independence, and quality of life. Educate patients and families regarding their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, injury prevention, and fall prevention strategies. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic medical record system. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care. Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused clinic environment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or eligible Maryland Physical Therapist license . Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic and/or vestibular and balance rehabilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing individualized, high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply. Previous vestibular experience is welcomed but not required for the right candidate who is motivated to learn and develop these skills .
