Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communication, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a passion for helping others achieve optimal oral health. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients and to coordinate their care seamlessly from check-in to treatment completion. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage appointment scheduling Verify patient insurance coverage, explain treatment options, and coordinate financial arrangements with patients Review and update medical records accurately while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Assist in the preparation of treatment plans, explaining procedures clearly and answering patient questions confidently Skills Excellent customer service skills with phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and scheduling tasks; proficient typing skills including 10-key typing are required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and clinical confidentiality compliance Strong organizational skills with clerical experience such as filing, data entry, and office management; experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is highly desirable Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive patient interactions and support team collaboration in a fast-paced environment Join us to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional patient care while advancing your career in a supportive and energetic setting!
Pay:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
