The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office, providing excellent patient service, and handling front-desk responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism. R esponsibilities Check patients in and out efficiently and courteously Enter or edit patient insurance information Collect copays, and outstanding balances Understand insurance referral requirements Download and upload glucose meters and other diabetes-related device data Schedule patient appointments Assist patients with questions Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle additional front-office duties as needed Qualifications Previous medical front desk experience required Strong understanding of insurance verification and referrals Comfortable collecting copays and patient balances Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Epic experience is a plus Experience in endocrinology or a diabetes-focused practice is preferred but not required
