Novi, MI Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Technical Proficiency Full Job Description We are looking for a warm, polished, and capable person to be the welcoming face of our dental practice. This is an ideal position for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates naturally and professionally, and takes pride in creating an excellent experience from the moment a patient walks through the door. You do not need to be a dental expert, but you must be dependable, organized, comfortable with technology, and able to learn quickly. What You Will Do Welcome patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients Schedule and confirm appointments using dental scheduling software Help keep the daily schedule organized and running smoothly Check patients in and out Respond calmly and helpfully to routine patient questions Maintain an organized, polished, and inviting reception area Work closely with the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience Who We Are Looking For The right person will be: Naturally friendly, warm, and comfortable speaking with people Professional in communication, judgment, and appearance Intelligent, attentive, and able to learn new systems quickly Organized and able to manage several priorities without becoming flustered Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable using computers and basic scheduling software Able to handle patient information with discretion and professionalism Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required. Experience in hospitality, customer service, medical reception, or another professional reception position may also be valuable.
Hours Monday:
8 AM to 3
PM Tuesday:
11 AM to 7
PM Wednesday:
8 AM to 3
PM Thursday:
11 AM to 7 PM We are an equal opportunity employer.
Compensation:
$20-$25/hour
