As a Medical Receptionist, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patient(s) immediately upon their arrival. Effectively manages patient schedule. Coordinate check-in and check-out of patients. Organize required intake paperwork. Scan patient documents. Collect patient co-pays. Prep/maintain patient charts.

Skills/Qualifications:
