Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management duties. Qualifications Proven experience as a dental receptionist. Familiarity with open dental or similar dental practice management software is essential. Strong skills in dental scheduling and insurance verification processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service. Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an advantage.
