Responsibilities:

Welcomes visitors patients by greeting them on arrival Schedules and pays appointments for patients with primary physician or physician referral. Responsible for answering phones in a professional manner including responding to a high volume of calls per day Schedules and obtains appointments for new patients Manages all incoming calls to provide excellent customer service.
