  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our busy Pediatric Office. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical administrative support and be proficient in multi-tasking.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Schedule appointments and update patient records accurately
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
  • Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar electronic medical records systems
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Experience working in a Pediatric Office is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of patients.
