Ready for something new? High-end cosmetic dental office seeking outstanding Front Office Receptionist. Must be self-motivated, able to take direction, see change as progress, and committed to continuing education. We work hard but believe in having a good time with each other and our patients. We believe in giving our guests the best possible care and need someone that shares that philosophy. Communication skills and attitude are more important than years of experience. These skills will be highly valued and well rewarded with a four-day week, 5 weeks paid vacation, monthly bonus and an excellent wage.
Duties:
Answering the phone with high degree of professionalism Scheduling appointments Collecting payments Working with insurance Helping with Instagram posts Keeping front office spotless Help with presenting treatment plans. Presenting payment plans/financial arrangements Ordering office supplies as needed Sending needed reports to CPA Keeping accurate reports of new patients and large cases Following through with smile design cases Tracking our marketing efforts Present in and add value in meetings with vendors and other office related professionals Answering and following through with emails
Requirements:
Dental office knowledge/experience required Be able to work independently Be able to take initiative Team mentality Comfortable with computers
