Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Minnetonka location. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is detail-oriented, and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and answer phone calls in a professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Schedule appointments and meetings. Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Provide patient care coordination. Maintain office supplies and equipment.

High school diploma or GED required Previous administrative / front desk experience preferred While this role's primary location will be Minnetonka, please note that we expect this candidate to assist at all clinic sites: Edina, Mendota Heights, and St. Paul.
