This role involves interacting regularly with patients to ensure comfort and safety, managing clinical services, and supporting office operations through administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
Administer NeuroStar therapeutic treatments according to established protocols and physician direction. Educate patients on the treatment process and address their questions or concerns. Monitor patients during treatment and respond effectively to any medical symptoms or emergencies. Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment records and referral reporting. Adhere to established clinical and office procedures to ensure a high standard of care. Promote a positive and welcoming work environment for both patients and colleagues. Uphold patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Perform additional office administrative tasks as required. Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years in a patientfacing or customer service role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and safe. Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and manage a daily checklist. Physically capable of walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Visual and auditory dexterity to operate medical/mechanical devices. Experience in a health care or clinical professional role preferred but not required.
