Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of proficiency in electronic health record systems. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure timely service. Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient clinic operations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to patient appointments and inquiries. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality. Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a clinic or hospital setting is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
