Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Duties 1 year dental office experience required Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols Excellent customer service and leadership skills Ability to multi-task efficiently Excellent computer and typing skills Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist within a professional environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Dentrix software , Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and patience. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client populations. Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential. Previous experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not mandatory; familiarity with appointment scheduling is preferred. Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy.
