Job Description
Cherryville Eye Care is looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk Candidates should have exceptional skills in multitasking, communication, and navigating computer programs. Candidates should be able to cheerfully and efficiently control a busy front desk. Candidates should be eager to work in a small office in which every team member plays a crucial role. Duties include but are not limited to: warmly greeting and assisting our patients, checking in and checking out, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, correctly authorizing insurance, fielding calls, responding to emails, keeping our records and work areas organized, ensuring our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients, managing referral appointments, etc. Preference will be given to candidates who: are familiar with medical terms, have experience as an administrative assistant, have knowledge of upholding HIPAA guidelines.
