Job Responsibilites:

Shift Furnace Operator Responsibilites:
Safely work on the exit side of a Powder Coating Furnance. This person will receive the pieces exiting the furnance. This person will assure that pieces are flowing from the furnance as they should be and ensuring quality standards are upheld. 2nd shift - 3pm till 11pm Monday - Friday Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services. •All training is done on 1st shift, training time may vary depending on the job and how fast a candidate catches on to the job, typically it is 1-3 weeks for Furnace Operators and 1-4 weeks for Machine Operators. Once they are moved to 2nd or 3rd shift they get SD of $0.75.
