Job Description

The Smile Shop is a privately owned, general dentistry practice, and is currently seeking a full-time front desk coordinator to join our team. Our practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration to provide quality and personable dental care. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, and competitive pay and benefits.

Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service Are confident in presenting financing options and making necessary arrangements Can readily set up appointments with specialists, coordinate with specialists' office, and send x-rays, explanatory letter and provide a referral card/pamphlet for specialist to patient Have experience providing front office support, such as greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, and checking patient records and providing them with appropriate and necessary forms upon arrival Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development for personal and office growth Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers and support of our team atmosphere Your history likely shows: High school diploma Three years minimum dental office experience Excellent communication skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone Personally driven for growth, job includes opportunities for advancement
Experience:
Dental receptionist: 3 years (Required) Open Dental software: 2 years (Preferred)
