Job Description

Experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator Falls Lake Dental - Raleigh, NC Monday-Thursday | No Fridays | No Weekends | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM $23-$26/hour based on experience Falls Lake Dental is a privately owned general dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator . We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of daily front-office responsibilities. Previous general dental front desk experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist patients professionally Check patients in and out Schedule and confirm doctor and hygiene appointments Review upcoming schedules and prepare patients prior to arrival Verify PPO insurance and prepare benefit breakdowns Submit claims, attachments, narratives, and pre-authorizations Post EOBs and follow up on outstanding or denied claims Present treatment estimates and discuss patient financial responsibility Collect payments and outstanding balances Follow up on unscheduled treatment and planned appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Work with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience Strong experience with PPO dental insurance, claims, and EOBs Excellent communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to manage multiple responsibilities accurately Open Dental experience and treatment coordination experience are strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits $23-$26/hour , based on experience and demonstrated ability. Applicants with experience limited to non-dental healthcare settings may not have the dental-specific insurance and scheduling experience required for this position.
