Job Description
Busy, diverse medical practice seeking experienced front office administrator to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and interact successfully with psychiatric patients. Applicants should be organized and able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with staff and patients. General duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to utilizing telehealth platforms, answering multi-line phone systems, verifying various insurances, filing, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out of practice, data entry, and various customer service duties. Must be able to multi-task. Requires professional appearance, persona, excellent interpersonal skills, and high work standards. Preference for CMA/RMA certified applicant.
