Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our busy family practice. Applicants should have excellent customer service, phone and computer skills, be good at multitasking, and be extremely reliable. Job includes answering phones with multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, checking in patients, entering and verifying insurance information, collecting co-pays, and general office duties such as faxing, filing paperwork, locating paper charts etc. Our Front Desk receptionist should be efficient and well-spoken, team player with experience running a medical office. If you are patient, computer-savvy and can multitask, we'd like to meet you! Your goal will be to ensure the smooth workflow of our busy family practice, so that our patients receive the best possible care. •NO RECRUITERS or

Requirements Proven experience as a front desk or similar administrative position such as answering phones Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations and medical office procedures; knowledge of medical coding is strongly desired Knowledge of MS Office, databases and EMR systems Outstanding communication skills Patience and discretion Organizational and multitasking skills High school diploma required; additional training in Medical Administration is a plus Must be fully Vaccinated against
