Dental Med Spa Front Desk Coordinator - Cosmetic & Airway-Focused Practice We are a modern, growth-oriented dental and facial aesthetics practice seeking a polished, quick-thinking, self starter and highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:15 am - 4:30 pm. This is a key role in our practice—not just answering phones, but actively driving the success of the schedule, case acceptance, and overall patient experience.
What We're Looking For:
Professional, polished, and personable Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills Forward-thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong computer skills (comfortable with charts, Excel, and dental software) Highly organized with excellent communication skills Creative and strategic when managing and optimizing the schedule Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and helping patients look and feel their best Confident discussing treatment plans and cosmetic services with patients
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the daily schedule to meet production goals Proactively fill gaps with dental and facial aesthetic procedures Answer phones, coordinate patient care, and ensure a seamless front desk experience Educate patients on treatment options and cosmetic services Calculate copays and demonstrate a solid understanding of dental insurance Support overall practice flow, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
What Makes This Role Unique:
We utilize a third-party service for billing and insurance verification Your primary focus will be patient experience, treatment coordination, and maintaining a productive, full schedule Opportunity to be part of a practice that blends dentistry with facial aesthetics Requirements (Please Read Before Applying): Dental front desk experience is required Only applicants with prior dental experience will be considered Bonus Skills (Highly Valued): Dental assisting experience Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Confidence in case presentation and improving case acceptance

Pay:
$23-27/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
