Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time) Maple Dental - Belleville 383 Washington Avenue, 1st Floor, Belleville, NJ 07109 Join a Team That Loves What They Do! We're looking for a dedicated Dental Front Desk Receptionist to become an important part of our team and help us continue providing an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude. Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining a productive schedule. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with inquiries. Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations. Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care. Process patient registrations and complete necessary paperwork. Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Support billing and administrative functions as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental, medical front desk, or healthcare call center experience required. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus. Professional appearance with a positive, welcoming personality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
