- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies Getting patients comfortably settled in exam rooms Assisting providers during examinations Crafting meticulous clinical notes Handling prescription refills as guided by the provider Returning patient calls with a friendly touch Tackling all patient matters under the guidance of physicians and leadership.
Experience:
