As one of the first members of our team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has outstanding customer service skills, is highly organized, and wants to grow with a modern private medical practice. We are looking for a polished, well-groomed professional who communicates confidently, presents a refined appearance, and is committed to delivering a concierge-level patient experience. Previous medical office experience is a plus but not required . We are happy to train the right candidate. Korean and English bilingual applicants are preferred but not required. ResponsibilitiesPatient Reception & Customer Service Welcome patients warmly and professionally Create a positive, organized, and welcoming first impression Check patients in and out efficiently Assist patients with forms and general questions Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality Scheduling & Communication Answer incoming phone calls professionally Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Coordinate follow-up visits and communicate with patients regarding appointments Respond promptly to patient inquiries Administrative Duties Verify patient demographic and insurance information Collect required paperwork, copayments, and balances Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system Scan and upload documents into patient charts Help maintain an efficient daily clinic schedule Office Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Monitor and restock front office supplies Assist with administrative tasks as needed Support the physician and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Help contribute to the continued growth of the practice Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Korean and English bilingual applicants are preferred but not required Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a medical office is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and willing to learn an electronic medical record (EMR) system Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic What We're Looking For The front desk receptionist is the face of our practice and plays a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience.
