Dental Care 4 Kids is seeking a motivated front office team member to be the welcoming face of our dental practice.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and efficiency Manage and optimize the appointment schedule Coordinate communication between dental team and patients Answer phone calls, confirm appointments, and handle patient inquiries Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and recalls Ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for every visitor Calculate copays and make financial arrangements.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit
