The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical administrative support and clinical assistance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient service while supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth front-office operations in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify insurance information, and facilitate efficient patient check-in and check-out processes. Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-up communications, and maintain organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with ICD coding for billing purposes and ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of clinical areas and equipment following safety protocols.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
