Smile Again is a boutique dental implant center known for providing exceptional dental reconstructive services with a personalized approach. Our patients benefit from a seamless, continuous care experience, knowing the same dedicated team will support them from consultation through treatment completion. Every staff member contributes to creating an outstanding patient journey. Traditionally, dental implant procedures required multiple visits to various specialists, with teeth crafted at off-site labs. At Smile Again, we've simplified the process by offering all essential components for successful dental implant treatments in-house. From consultation and treatment planning to surgery, restorative care, and on-site teeth creation, we deliver everything in one convenient location.Position Overview:
We are looking for a receptionist with a minimum of 2 years experience who is passionate about connecting with prospective patients and enhancing their experience. This role is vital for ensuring patient satisfaction throughout the entire process - from the initial phone call, to welcoming patients at our center and managing their appointments.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients throughout their visit
- Greet and check in patients; assist with verifying insurance benefits
- Manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments
- Monitor patient wait times and work with the Dental Director to enhance the overall patient experience
- Maintain the center's calendar
- Ensure the cleanliness of the waiting room and consultation areas
- Assist the Patient Care Coordinator and or Office Manager with general office tasks, including scanning documents, handling shipments, purchasing office supplies, and supporting team needs as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years as a receptionist or administrative assistant
REQUIRED
to be considered for the position; dental experience is preferred but not required- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills (we are a fully digital, chartless practice)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license (due to limited access to public transportation)
