About Us:

The Clubhouse is a lively community destination combining sports, entertainment, and great food. If you love creating delightful dining experiences and working with a vibrant team, we're looking for a Bartender like you!

Position Responsibilities:

Warm Welcome:

Greet customers warmly and make sure they're comfortable.

Order Management:

Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and quickly.

Quality Assurance:

Check everything for cleanliness and looks before serving.

Table Settings and Dining Area:

Keep tables neat and the dining areas clean, including our golf simulator suites, indoor and outdoor tables. Our guests enjoy eating and drinking in various spots, and your role ensures they have a pleasant experience wherever they choose to dine.

Supply Management:

Make sure tables have things like napkins and condiments.

Team Cooperation:

Work well with kitchen and other serving staff.

Health Regulations:

Follow health rules to keep dining safe and clean.

Cleanliness of Service Areas:

Keep the golf bay suites and tables clean and tidy.

Shared Responsibilities:

Help out with other jobs if needed, like a team player.

Teamwork and Tip Sharing:

At The Clubhouse, everyone works together as a team. Guests may move around our venue, and their check follows them. So, all staff members share tips. Some jobs might get a bit more of the tips, but everyone is important in serving our guests. If you work here, you must be okay with sharing tips with your teammates.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, attentive service ability.
• Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
