We are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with patients, presenting treatment plans, discussing financial options, and helping patients move forward with the care they need.

In Office Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the office schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and payment arrangements Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment Coordinate patient care and communicate with the clinical team Schedule treatment and coordinate referrals when needed Maintain accurate and organized patient records Handle insurance-related questions and assist with treatment estimates Provide excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced dental environment Help improve treatment acceptance and keep patients engaged in their care Requirements 1-2 years of dental office experience required Previous experience with treatment coordination or dental front desk duties preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients Highly organized and able to multitask Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with dental software is a plus Spanish or Carole speaking is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and understands that excellent front-desk service is an important part of excellent dental care. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, caring, and proactive , with the ability to communicate treatment clearly and help patients feel comfortable making decisions about their dental care.
