Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Medical receptionist to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Medical receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and prepare patients for their medical follow up appointments and care
  • Process orders to provide to patients before checking out
  • Financial collection of copayment and other patient financial responsibilities
  • Document and scan management
  • Maintain accurate medical records, data entry and input of patient information
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Provide patient education on procedures, and follow-up care
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred
  • Proficiency in patient service, including excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate care
