Job Description

Smile Design Center is hiring a Front Office Treatment Coordinator. We're a two-location, privately owned dental practice — one office in Henderson at Eastern & St. Rose, one in the southwest at Ft. Apache & Patrick Ln. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes people, stays organized when the schedule gets busy, and can explain treatment and financing in a way patients understand and say yes to. This role travels between both offices , so reliable transportation is required. What you'll do Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and keep the front desk running smoothly Present treatment plans to patients and walk them through cost, insurance benefits, and payment options Verify insurance eligibility and breakdowns; explain coverage clearly and set accurate expectations Schedule and confirm appointments; work the schedule to keep it full and minimize open time Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending treatment plans Set up payment arrangements and third-party financing (CareCredit or similar) Collect co-pays and patient balances at time of service Support the back office and doctors as needed to keep the day moving What we're looking for 1+ year of dental front office experience — required (we're not able to train from scratch on this one) Working knowledge of dental insurance: verification, breakdowns, PPO vs. HMO, frequency limitations Comfortable talking about money — presenting fees and asking for the case without being pushy Reliable transportation and willingness to work at both locations Dental software experience (Eaglesoft a big plus, but we'll train the right person on our system) Dependable, on time, and a team player — small offices live or die on this What we offer $18-$22/hour depending on experience Consistent full-time schedule, no late nights Paid time off and paid holidays Small, stable, privately owned practice — you'll know everyone's name, and your work is actually noticed Cross-training and room to grow as we grow To apply: Please apply through Indeed with your resume. Tell us in a sentence or two what dental software you've used and how long you've worked front office. Smile Design Center is an equal opportunity employer.
