Job Description

Veterinary Receptionist / Medical or Dental ReceptionistThis Is the Receptionist Job for You If… You became a receptionist because you genuinely care about people and enjoy helping them feel welcomed, informed, and supported. You take pride in staying organized, managing a busy schedule, and being an essential part of a medical team—not in spending every day dealing with chaos, understaffing, or feeling unappreciated. At Highlands Animal Care and Rehab 4 PAWS & Integrative Therapy in beautiful Henderson, Nevada, we believe receptionists deserve better. Built by veterinary professionals with more than 35 years of combined experience in general practice, emergency medicine, specialty medicine, and nonprofit care, we created the hospital we always wished existed—a place where every team member is respected, supported, and given the tools to succeed. Veterinary reception experience is preferred, but experienced dental and medical receptionists are also encouraged to apply. Your skills in patient communication, scheduling, medical records, and coordinating care can transfer beautifully to veterinary medicine. We will help the right candidate learn veterinary terminology and hospital procedures.
