Job Description

Come join our team! Northern Edge Dentistry is a high quality dental office looking for hard working individual to join our front office team as a patient coordinator! Patient coordinators are responsible for various non-clinical duties including coordinating how a patient's insurance benefits can be utilized for dental treatment. Additionally, various administrative duties include managing the patient check-in and check-out processes, answering phone lines, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, addressing patient questions, and verifying insurance. Must be able to multitask, computer literate, friendly, team player, great personality and great work ethic. Also, needs to provide exceptional customer service to all of our patients. We offer several opportunities for advancement and the ideal candidate will be someone who shows the drive and dedication needed for advancement. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our organization. Prior experience in a dental or medical office is plus, but is not a requirement. Please submit your resume for consideration.

$16-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Bonuses are also offered. We also provide full health insurance benefits (medical, vision, dental, prescription drugs) and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
