The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role is critical to creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our medical office. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
- Entering new patients into the system, updating their EMR.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Administrative Support
- Verify and update patient information in the electronic medical records system.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork. Additional Tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the office manager or healthcare providers. Skills and Competencies
