Job Description

Receptionist Medical Practice:

We are seeking a receptionist to join our fast-paced medical weight loss practice. In this role, you will greet patients, assist with check-in and check-out, and manage product orders. Responsibilities also include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and adjusting the office schedule as needed. As a member of our team, you'll enjoy complimentary access to all of our services, including Weight Loss Programs, Bioidentical Hormones, and Lipotropic Injections. The ideal candidate is highly organized, quick to learn, and works well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Experience with cloud-based software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is required.
