Role Description The Dental Receptionist and Patient Care Coordinator role at Forest Hills Dental is a full-time, on-site position located in Forest Hills, New York. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a friendly and professional reception area. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow. The Dental Receptionist position requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a positive experience for every patient. Qualifications Ability to manage Appointment Scheduling and coordinate Receptionist Duties efficiently Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to develop and communicate complex treatment plans, interact professionally with patients and staff Previous experience in a dental office setting preferred , as well as basic understanding of dental care procedures and terminology Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment If you are dependable, energetic, organized, compassionate, and willing to learn to effeciently provide care, we'd love to hear from you.
