We're hiring Client Services Associate and a Receptionist to be the welcoming first voice our clients hear and a steady, organized presence behind the scenes. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about helping people, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Respond to client questions and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency Ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are met Screen potential clients to determine benefit eligibility Navigate conversations with a wide range of personalities and situations — advocates, coworkers, and clients alike Gather sensitive medical and personal information with care and discretion Maintain accurate, detailed notes and keep client records up to date in our system What We're Looking For Strong listening, interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills Sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities A strong work ethic and reliable attendance Comfort working across computer systems and multitasking in a fast-paced setting Excellent command of the English language Sharp organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail A results-driven mindset — you meet your targets and take pride in it Why Join Us Purpose-driven work with tangible, meaningful impact Supportive team environment Opportunities to grow within a stable, mission-focused organization If you're ready to bring your skills to a job that matters, apply today.
