Job Summary Provides coordination, clerical and administrative support to the health care team on patient care units. Maintains a customer focused approach establishing effective communication between the health care team and the patient, family/significant other. Responsibilities Communication-Demonstrates the ability to process and interface appropriate information between the health care team and the patient, family/significant other to ensure quality patient outcomes.
