Job Description:
Medical Front Desk Receptionist Location:
New Hyde Park, NY Hours:
4/10 Hour Shifts; Mon, Wed-Fri (Between 7:00am-8:00pm)
RDO Tuesday Organization:
New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS)
In This Role, You Will:
Manage daily opening and closing procedures of the office Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and co-pay collections Build and maintain patient records in the EMR system Assist with quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings Protect patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
We Require:
High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
